Yes, we have fully equipped locker rooms and showers available for our members.

When do you open?

We officially opened on November 28, 2024! Join us today and experience Evolve Strength Post's state-of-the-art facilities and welcoming fitness community.

What are your hours of operation?

Our hours of operation are:

Saturday & Sunday: 7:30 am - 8:30 pm

Do you accept Amex as a form of payment?

Yes!

Are personal training or health services included in my membership?

No, all professional services come with an additional fee.

Is parking included?

Parking is not included with your membership, however, Evolve Post is easily accessible via transit and there are several suitable parking options nearby — more details to come.

How old do I need to be to sign up online?
