What will my first time in the gym be like?

Our awesome team will give you a full tour of the Evolve gym, and answer any questions you have.

What kind of experience do I need to work with a Personal Trainer?

The short answer is, none! Our personal trainers have a one-on-one consult with you to discuss your current fitness level, as well as your goals to ensure they create a program tailored to you!

What classes do you offer?

At Evolve, we have a variety of tenants that teach top of the line fitness classes. We have a team of expert coaches for a variety of fitness, like Olympic Weightlifting, Functional Fitness, and of course our personal training if you want a more one-on-one experience.

Does Evolve Strength have lockers and showers?

Yes! Every Evolve gym has of the line facilities with beautiful and secure change rooms. Enjoy a nice long shower after a heavy sweat session!

Can I go to any Evolve Strength location with my membership?

Yes! You can access any of our Evolve locations with your membership.
